Team Be More Bear at Christmas in Memory of Bear And Helen

The Be More Bear at Christmas Team is a group of friends who met through the Plushie community on IG, we are walking, hopping, rolling,(and maybe running) in memory of our friends Bear and his Mummy Helen.

Helen unexpectedly passed away in January of this year and the RNLI was a cause very close to Helen’s heart. With Bear, Helen was on a mission to visit every lifeboat station in the UK.

Helen and Bear walked the MayDay Mile in 2024 raising over £900 on their own, in May 2025 a team of their Plushie friends came together to walk the MayDay Mile in their memory raising £2688. We have come together again with more plushie friends to join in the Reindeer Run to raise funds to support the RNLI in all the hard work they do 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
