We're taking on the Mayday Mile challenge to support RNLI volunteers
This May, members of the East Dorset RNLI Lifeguards are completing an ‘Aussie Mile’ a day challenge to help RNLI crews save lives at sea.
We are challenging ourselves to complete an ‘Aussie Mile’ every day that we are working on the beach. This will be made up of a 400m swim, 800m run, and 400m board paddle, to be completed no matter the weather.
