Over halfway

Friday 17th May
Over halfway done for the Aussie mile a day in may challenge. Got pretty cooked doing so much in the cold ocean and made myself ill for a couple days so had to attone for my sins by a 12km run along the shoreline. Still steadily getting the Aussie miles done, I feel a lot stronger already! Only two weeks to go!

THE AUSSIE (1.7) MILES

Thursday 2nd May
Every working day I will be completing a full Aussie in order to raise money for the RNLIs mayday mile. The Aussie course that I have decided to complete each day includes a 400m swim, 800m run, 800 board and a further 800m run, altogether this makes a combined am multidisciplinary 1.7 miles of fitness. Along with this, I have a personal goal to do it in less than 20 minutes!! 

(The full Aussie is worth 1.7 miles but it is only recorded and rounded up so it shows up at 2 miles)
