I'm running the Great North Run 2026
I’m taking on the Great North Run in support of the RNLI, a charity that means a great deal to me as both a Sailing Instructor and Sea Scout Leader. Alongside my fellow Instructors and Scout Leaders, I spend countless hours helping people enjoy the water safely, confidently, and responsibly, and just like the organisations I work with, the RNLI it’s built on the dedication of volunteers — ordinary people doing extraordinary things to keep others safe.
By running this year, I’m hoping to give something back to the organisation that protects the coastlines, communities, and activities I care about most. Every donation helps the RNLI continue its vital work, from rescue missions to education programmes that keep people safe on and around the water.
Their crews are volunteers. Their work is lifesaving. Their impact reaches every harbour and every stretch of coastline in the country.
I’m running to help keep them running.
Thank you for supporting me — and for supporting the lifesaving work of the RNLI.

Good luck Georgia! We are so proud of you!
