First parkrun done!

Saturday 30th May
Did my first ever parkrun today... Choose to do it in RNLI kit! Warm one but with a time of 37 mins not doing too badly! Just another 3 of them to go 😂

Decided to run in kit...

Friday 1st May
Suppose now I've typed this out, it makes it official. After being inspired by the London Marathon and Dan from Walmer running it in full kit, I thought I'd give it a go! So for the 2026, Great North Run I'll be running the course in full RNLI kit. Wish me luck!

North Tyneside 10k done

Sunday 5th Apr
North Tyneside 10k completed with 4 other crew members. Andy, Poppy, Stuart and Adrian! Time of 51:53 for the race. My fastest ever 10k!
