They did it!!

31 miles, 31 days, all with a smile in so many different types of weather and lots of different locations. We'll done boys. Kx

A great day spent at the Mudeford RNLI Blue Light Day.

The boys had a great time at the RNLI Blue Light Day Open Event at Mudeford. They had great fun throwing sponges at members, taking part in the 7minute challenge to get ready for a rescue, watching a live shout and generally spending time with the crew. All followed by a mile walk along the beach, with a well deserved ice cream.

Day 16, Half Way

The boys are doing incredibly well, they are completing at least a mile everyday with smiles on their faces, no matter what the weather throws at them.
They have also managed to raise double their fundraising target, so thank you to every one that has sponsored them, it means a lot, thank you !
On to the next 15 days.....

Today a mile walk through Bushy Park after a morning of playing cricket.

Hot Day for Cricket, but a lovely walk in Bushy Park.

Today's mile...

Was completed via swimming, cycling and trampolining!

1 Mile Scooter Day

Due to the lovely weather, rather than wellies, scooters were the form of transport for today's mile!

Week 1

The first week of May has come to an end and the miles have been completed.
The boys have achieved at least 1 mile a day by walking to school and back coupled with lots of other random activities undertaken to keep their mileage up, all despite the rather wet weather (and a bit of sickness in the team !)

Thank you for all the donations they have received so far, with your help they have smashed their target of £250 and they are
so close to £500, do you think they could make it ?

Thanks

The Goulds Boys.

Soggy BHWkend

Despite the weather (and some sickness in the team) the boys have achieved the mileage, mostly in wellies!!

Mayday Mile Goulds Boys

The boys are doing really well, one day in full sun, one day in wellies! Both exceeding a mile a day with smiles on their faces. Fingers crossed for some better weather as the month goes on...

The Goulds Boys are taking on the Mayday Mile challenge to support RNLI volunteers

This May, we're completing a mile a day challenge to help RNLI crews save lives at sea.

During summertime, more people flock to beaches and coastal towns to make the most of everything they have to offer – from glorious sunshine to adventurous watersports. And as temperatures rise, so do calls from people in trouble by the water.

By answering this Mayday call and giving a gift today, you can make a real, lifesaving difference. Your kindness will help give volunteers everything they need to launch to the rescue, and make sure they’re ready to face their busiest season.

Will you sponsor our RNLI Mayday Mile challenge and support the courageous crews?

Thank you to our Sponsors
