31 miles for lifeboat heroes

Tuesday 3rd Mar

This May I’m taking on the Mayday Challenge by walking 1 mile every day for the whole month — that’s 31 miles in total.

I’m doing this to raise money for the Royal National Lifeboat Institution. The crews drop everything to go out in all weather, day or night, to rescue people who are in danger at sea. I think that’s incredible, and I want to help support them.

My goal is to raise £100.

Walking a mile might sound simple, but doing it every single day — whatever the weather — will take commitment. I’m ready for the challenge.

If you’re able to donate, thank you. It really does make a difference.
