Walking in Northumberland
We did lots of walking over the bank holiday weekend as we had a short break in Northumberland. We’re definitely going to beat the 31 mile target, and nanny is joining us for some miles now too. We’ve made a great start to our walking challenge, at this rate we’ll walk more than 31 miles for the Mayday Mile! We’re enjoying walking in a new part of the country and today we saw a demo of the lifeboat at Craster. This May, we're completing a mile a day challenge to help RNLI crews save lives at sea.
During summertime, more people flock to beaches and coastal towns to make the most of everything they have to offer – from glorious sunshine to adventurous watersports. And as temperatures rise, so do calls from people in trouble by the water.
