I’m taking on the Mayday Mile Challenge to support RNLI volunteers
This May, I’m completing a mile-a-day challenge to help RNLI crews save lives at sea.
During summertime, more people flock to beaches and coastal towns to make the most of everything they have to offer – from glorious sunshine to adventurous watersports. And as temperatures rise, so do calls from people in trouble in the water.
By answering this Mayday call and giving a gift today, you can make a real, lifesaving difference. Your kindness will help give volunteers everything they need to launch to the rescue, and make sure they’re ready to face their busiest season.
Will you sponsor my RNLI Mayday Mile Challenge and support the courageous crews?

My Updates
Distance Completed and Money Amount Smashed!
Monday 25th May I'd increased my distance to two miles a day and increased the donation goal by £100 and happy to report both have been completed and then some!
Poorly Pooch!
Sunday 17th May Lottie has been poorly since Thursday, firing out of both ends so I have still been doing our walks, just without her.
I survived!
Wednesday 6th MayOnly lasted a mile on it, normally 2 but that and walking Lottie is enough of a combo to get my distance in 😁
Still feel ropey but walking through it.

Rough Start But That Isn't Stopping Me
Sunday 3rd May As the law of Sod would have it, since Friday I've had a stinking cold and bad chesty cough, currently coughing up all shades of green. I haven't touched the treadmill for fear of coughing up a lung but have still been taking Lottie out for our 1.5 mile walks which is helping me achieve my minimum mile a day target.
Less Than A Week To Go!
Sunday 26th Apr I start recording distance on Friday for the Mayday Mile.
Keeping Up The Exercise For A Great Cause
Friday 17th Apr I have been losing weight since buying a treadmill and walking our 7 month old puppy, Lottie.Thank you to my Sponsors
