I’m taking on the Mayday Mile Challenge to support RNLI volunteers
This May, I’m completing a mile-a-day challenge to help RNLI crews save lives at sea. I decided this would be a great way to put my cardiac rehab exercise to meaningful use - keeping me focused and motivated to get back to ‘full AJ’ mode. 😉
During summertime, more people flock to beaches and coastal towns to make the most of everything they have to offer – from glorious sunshine to adventurous watersports. And as temperatures rise, so do calls from people in trouble in the water.

Friday 8th May And I’ve completed 9.86 miles. No great shakes I know but as part of my cardiac rehab approach, I’m pretty pleased with this.
Day 1
Friday 1st May 1.67miles - that’s twice round my local park, plus the walk to and from. This is also day 1 of the next phase of my cardiac rehab. We all need a little motivation right and the #MaydayMile is perfect for that.Thank you to my Sponsors
