RNLI Tower Run 2026

The RNLI Tower Run is London’s biggest stair climb challenge, with runners tackling over 1,400 steps whilst raising money to support the RNLI's lifesaving work in London and along the UK coastline.

The RNLI is the charity that saves lives at sea. Powered by kind donations, our search and rescue service has been saving lives around the UK for over 200 years.

Every pound and penny raised from the RNLI Tower Run will go towards equipping our volunteer lifeboat crews with the essential training, kit, boats and materials required to continue our lifesaving mission for years to come.

Can you feel your legs burning just thinking about 58 floors? That is exactly what I am doing soon!I am taking on the RNLI Tower Run at 22 Bishopsgate in London. It is the highest stair-climbing challenge in the UK.Here is the challenge by the numbers:58 floors straight up.1,500+ stairs to climb.£150 goal to raise for charity.Why the RNLI? 🌊The Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) saves lives at sea and on London's River Thames. Most of their crew members are volunteers. They leave their jobs and warm beds at a moment's notice to rescue strangers in danger.Fun fact: 22 Bishopsgate stands on the exact spot where the RNLI was founded 202 years ago in 1824!My Goal: £150 💰My lungs will hurt, but it is for a fantastic cause.
