The RNLI Tower Run represents the tallest and toughest tower run event in the UK with participants taking on the 58 floors, and over 1,500 stairs, of 22 Bishopsgate in the heart of London - the site on which the RNLI was founded over 200 years ago!

58 floors and over 1,500 steps

22 Bishopsgate, London (the site where the RNLI was founded in 1824 - 200 years ago!)

Fundraising Ask: £150

Registration Fee: £35 registration fee includes a t-shirt, chip timing and finisher’s medal

Registrations close at midnight on Friday 24th October 2025

The Big Day!

• For your safety, runners will start in staggered groups of a maximum of 60 runners every 30 minutes with the first wave starting at 9am and our final wave at 1pm.

• Please arrive 45 minutes before your start time, so you have time to register, warm up and soak in the atmosphere.

• There are over 1,500 steps ahead. Run, walk or crawl whichever works best for you!

• You are welcome to spend as much time as you like in our finish area, taking in the amazing views over London, toasting your success and rightly basking in your glory.

Fundraising

• We ask that everyone taking part in the RNLI Tower Run aims to raise £150 to help enable our volunteer crews to continue to save lives at sea and on the Thames.

• Upon registering for the event, you will be provided with your very own fundraising page

• The registration fee of £35 will cover the costs associated with running the event.
