As I'm passionate about cooking seafood, Fish Friday for RNLI seemed like the perfect starting point!
I'm going to create a Gravadlax starter with homemade soda bread, Seafood Chowder main with bread and homemade seaweed butter, and homemade Sea Salt flavoured Ice Cream!
