I’m taking on the Mayday Mile challenge to support RNLI volunteers
This May, I’m completing a mile-a-day challenge to help RNLI crews save lives at sea.
During summertime, more people flock to beaches and coastal towns to make the most of everything they have to offer – from glorious sunshine to adventurous watersports. And as temperatures rise, so do calls from people in trouble in the water.
By answering this Mayday call and giving a gift today, you can make a real, lifesaving difference. Your kindness will help give volunteers everything they need to launch to the rescue, and make sure they’re ready to face their busiest season.
Will you sponsor my RNLI Mayday Mile challenge and support the courageous crews?

Walking in the sunshine 🌞
Monday 13th May Hi. The walking schedule is going well I am walking further than one mile each day. However, the reason I wanted to take part was to walk everyday, regardless of distance. Mia is enjoying her bonus walks. The weather has been kind, sun, sun and more sun! Sheep poo picking was hard work, the 'girls' field is on a steep incline. I loved it though. The girls were very inquisitive..... back to poo pick again on Wednesday. SharePoo picking today!
Friday 10th May This morning I will be helping out at the village animal sanctuary, Manor Farm. Picking up Sheep poo and generally lending a hand. I am hoping to get a few miles walking the fields! ShareA disappointing 1st week..
Wednesday 8th May On the fist day of my challenge I was hit with a nasty stomach bug. It lasted nearly a week. It has left me feeling lousy. Despite this setback I have walked each day. A week on and today I feel so much better! Ready to stride out in the sunshine 🌞 thank you, once again, to all of my supporters. Share50 mile walk
