I’m hosting a ‘Fish Friday’ to support RNLI lifesavers
I’m turning my chippy into saving lives at sea by hosting a ‘Fish Friday’ this Friday 30th August.
RNLI volunteers around the UK and Ireland will drop everything the moment their pager goes off. I'm raising money to help make sure they always the resources needed to race to the rescue.
Will you join me for ‘Fish Friday’ to help selfless RNLI volunteers save lives this summer?
Join us for a Community Get Together: B.Y.O (Buy Your Own) Chippy in Whitley Bay.
We will meet at Whitley Bay Park (the top of the park near the car park) on Friday 30th August at 11am and then at 11.30 we will walk along park road together to Pantrinis where everyone can order themself some food, whether it be some chips, fish and chips or even an ice cream! Then we will sit somewhere near the promenade, possibly at the little amphitheatre or the benches near the war memorial.
You are then free to stay and chat, play at the beach or head home whenever you like - this is just a really casual event in order to raise some money for our local charities, celebrate the end of summer holidays with the kids and bring together the community. Thank you and looking forward to seeing you there!
P.S… Everyone welcome! I am a wheelchair user and a parent so it will be accessible and child friendly 🙂
