I’m taking on the Mayday Mile challenge to support RNLI volunteers

This May, I’m completing a mile-a-day challenge to help RNLI crews save lives at sea.

During summertime, more people flock to beaches and coastal towns to make the most of everything they have to offer – from glorious sunshine to adventurous watersports. And as temperatures rise, so do calls from people in trouble in the water.

By answering this Mayday call and giving a gift today, you can make a real, lifesaving difference. Your kindness will help give volunteers everything they need to launch to the rescue, and make sure they’re ready to face their busiest season.

Will you sponsor my RNLI Mayday Mile challenge and support the courageous crews?

Final Day today

Friday 31st May
Well today is the final day of a mjle a day in May challenge. I've reached my target of 62 miles whi h I'm very happy with. Today the sun came out to support me in my last few miles 😀😀. It's great to be finished the challenge as some days the walk was a challenge for me health wise but I got there in the end. I still have some sponsorship to collect so I'll be doing that in the next few days. Many thanks for your messages and kind support and your sponsorship over the last few weeks. Dan

A short note

Monday 13th May
Missed a day yesterday the back pain was fairly bad and had a few family sporting events aswell so that is why I'm doing a few extra miles when the body allows me so its drive on to see how many miles I can do in the month of may . Hopefully I can get to 60+ miles by the end of the month. Thanks for your support and sponsorship.
