RNLI Tower Run 2026

RNLI Tower Run 2026

The RNLI Tower Run is London’s biggest stair climb challenge, with runners tackling over 1,400 steps whilst raising money to support the RNLI's lifesaving work in London and along the UK coastline.

The RNLI is the charity that saves lives at sea. Powered by kind donations, our search and rescue service has been saving lives around the UK for over 200 years.

Every pound and penny raised from the RNLI Tower Run will go towards equipping our volunteer lifeboat crews with the essential training, kit, boats and materials required to continue our lifesaving mission for years to come.

Supporting the RNLI – A Challenge Close to My Heart

Friday 3rd Jul
In 2026, I'll be taking on the Tower Run in London to raise money for the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI), a charity that has always been close to my heart.

Living in Weymouth, just along the coast from the RNLI headquarters in Poole, I've grown up knowing how important the lifeboat crews are to our coastal communities. Whether it's rescuing people in danger at sea, supporting local emergencies, or providing vital water safety education, the RNLI's volunteers are there whenever they're needed, often in the most challenging conditions.

My connection to the RNLI goes beyond where I live. Earlier in my career, I worked for a company that manufactured components used on RNLI lifeboats. Knowing that I played a small part in helping to support these incredible vessels gave me a real appreciation for the engineering, dedication, and teamwork that goes into every rescue.

Now, I want to give something back.

To do that, I've signed up to take on the Tower Run 2026 in London. It will be a demanding physical challenge, but it's nothing compared to the commitment shown every day by the RNLI's volunteer crews, who are ready to respond 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Every donation, no matter the size, will help the RNLI continue to save lives at sea by funding lifeboats, equipment, training, and the support their volunteers need to carry out their life-saving work.

I'd be incredibly grateful for your support as I prepare for this challenge. Whether you choose to donate, share this page, or simply follow my journey, you'll be helping to support a charity that means so much to me and countless others around our coastline.

Thank you for being part of this journey. Together, we can help ensure the RNLI continues its incredible work of saving lives at sea.

If you'd like, I can also make it more personal, add details about your training progress, or give it a more inspiring or conversational tone.

Thank you to my Sponsors
