Taking on the Mayday Mile challenge by Rowing from Dunmore Lighthouse to Hook Lighthouse and Back.
To raise vital funds for the RNLI in Ireland and the UK we will be taking to sea on board a traditional Irish Rowing boat (Currach).
The voyage will begin from Dunmore East Lighthouse Waterford, from here the crew will row across Waterford Harbour to Hook Lighthouse in Wexford and back, a total distance of 6 miles (10km).
Any contributions you can make will be greatly appreciated, the voyage is planned for Saturday the 25th (weather permitting) with all proceeds going to the RNLI.
