As a sauna business proprietor, a lover of the sea, a wild swimmer & former Coastguard, I’m popping on my kettle and hosting a Cuppa for the Crew, helping to save lives at sea by gathering friends together for a cup of tea & a slice of cake too.

RNLI volunteers drop everything the moment their pager goes off. I’m raising money to help make sure they’re always ready to race to the rescue.
