I'm celebrating my 70th birthday. Instead of gifts, I am asking for you to support the RNLI. Having enjoyed the sea since a child and later having worked in off-shore radio, I am aware how dangerous the seas around the British Isles can be. Although I never used the services of the RNLI, countless others, including friends, have. These brave volunteers are keeping people safe.
