I’m taking on the Mayday Mile Challenge to support RNLI volunteers

This May, I’m completing a mile-a-day challenge to help RNLI crews save lives at sea.

During summertime, more people flock to beaches and coastal towns to make the most of everything they have to offer – from glorious sunshine to adventurous watersports. And as temperatures rise, so do calls from people in trouble in the water.

By answering this Mayday call and giving a gift today, you can make a real, lifesaving difference. Your kindness will help give volunteers everything they need to launch to the rescue, and make sure they’re ready to face their busiest season.

Will you sponsor my RNLI Mayday Mile Challenge and support the courageous crews?

A Mile a Day in May — For Fitness, For the RNLI, For Dad

Tuesday 24th Mar

This May, I’m taking on A Mile a Day to raise money for the RNLI — a charity my dad always supported and one that means even more when you’ve grown up around sea fishing. When you spend time on the water, you understand just how quickly things can change, and how vital it is to have the RNLI ready to launch at a moment’s notice.

For me, this challenge is also part of getting my fitness back on track. A mile a day might be simple, but it’s a commitment — one that feels even more meaningful when it supports a cause that protects so many lives at sea.

I’ll be sharing updates throughout May, and if you’d like to sponsor me, it would mean a lot. It’s a chance to support a brilliant charity and honour something my dad truly believed in.

Here’s to moving more, giving back, and helping the RNLI keep doing what they do best — saving lives.
