RNLI Tower Run 2026

RNLI Tower Run 2026

The RNLI Tower Run is London’s biggest stair climb challenge, with runners tackling over 1,400 steps whilst raising money to support the RNLI's lifesaving work in London and along the UK coastline.

The RNLI is the charity that saves lives at sea. Powered by kind donations, our search and rescue service has been saving lives around the UK for over 200 years.

Every pound and penny raised from the RNLI Tower Run will go towards equipping our volunteer lifeboat crews with the essential training, kit, boats and materials required to continue our lifesaving mission for years to come.

My pledge for this event

Friday 2nd Oct
For the next three weeks I'll be subjecting myself to some brutal training, so I can climb the 1,500 stairs of the UK's 2nd highest skyscraper to raise funds for the RNLI. Additionally, for every £10 raised I'll be making a personal donation of £2 towards the Clare Project, a support organisation for trans, non-binary and intersex adults. I'll be rounding up the total to the nearest £50, with that donation capped at £200, i.e. if £1,000 or more are raised  for the RNLI.

The RNLI has recently been receiving a lot of hostility, harassment and intimidation from the far-right for rescuing the occupants of refugee boats attempting to reach the UK via the Channel after fleeing from war zones, famine and persecution. The brave volunteers of the RNLI deserve every penny that is donated to them so they can continue their heroic mission.

Please consider donating generously if you can. Thank you!
