I’m taking on the Mayday Mile Challenge to support RNLI volunteers
This May, I’m completing a mile-a-day challenge to help RNLI crews save lives at sea.
During summertime, more people flock to beaches and coastal towns to make the most of everything they have to offer – from glorious sunshine to adventurous watersports. And as temperatures rise, so do calls from people in trouble in the water.
By answering this Mayday call and giving a gift today, you can make a real, lifesaving difference. Your kindness will help give volunteers everything they need to launch to the rescue, and make sure they’re ready to face their busiest season.
Will you sponsor my RNLI Mayday Mile Challenge and support the courageous crews?

My Updates
Hello and thank you!
Thursday 23rd AprAnyone who knows me knows how much I love the sea. I love being in it, by it, and on it. It has always been a place of joy and connection for me. But I also know just how powerful and unpredictable it can be, which is why I feel such a strong connection to the RNLI.
Supporting the RNLI runs in my family. My great grandma, Mary Heron, was a fierce fundraiser for the Aldeburgh Lifeboat, and my gran, Elspeth Phillips, was President of the Bollington Ladies Lifeboat Guild, proving you do not have to live by the coast to care deeply about saving lives at sea. I have been finding my own ways to help since I was little - a highlight of primary school holidays was painting and selling stones on Aldeburgh beach!
Now, with the summer season on the horizon and our coastline about to get busy, I am taking on the RNLI’s Mayday Mile to raise money for this incredible, life saving organisation. If you are able to support in any way, I would be hugely grateful. Thank you so much. 🙏🏼
