RNLI Tower Run 2026

RNLI Tower Run 2026

The RNLI Tower Run is London’s biggest stair climb challenge, with runners tackling over 1,400 steps whilst raising money to support the RNLI's lifesaving work in London and along the UK coastline.

The RNLI is the charity that saves lives at sea. Powered by kind donations, our search and rescue service has been saving lives around the UK for over 200 years.

Every pound and penny raised from the RNLI Tower Run will go towards equipping our volunteer lifeboat crews with the essential training, kit, boats and materials required to continue our lifesaving mission for years to come.

My Updates

Let's continue the Climb!

Saturday 3rd Oct
After a few incredible successes this year doing the Blue Light Stair run for the Blue Light Card Foundation, and then the memorial stair climb In Atlanta USA for the 25th anniversary of 9/11 fundraising for 3 charities (Terry Farrel Firefighter fund, Blue Light card foundations and the Firefighters charity). I thought why not find other stair runs and support other charities!

For this one as will by racing with fire Gear once again and to replicate the weight of a Breathing Apparatus set, I'll take my weight vest of 14 kg to make it more interesting!

Let keep climbing and support this amazing organisation that is saving so many life's across the UK and how amazing that has been operating more than 200 years and it's almost entirely ran by volunteers!
