RNLI Tower Run 2026
The RNLI Tower Run is London’s biggest stair climb challenge, with runners tackling over 1,400 steps whilst raising money to support the RNLI's lifesaving work in London and along the UK coastline.
The RNLI is the charity that saves lives at sea. Powered by kind donations, our search and rescue service has been saving lives around the UK for over 200 years.
Every pound and penny raised from the RNLI Tower Run will go towards equipping our volunteer lifeboat crews with the essential training, kit, boats and materials required to continue our lifesaving mission for years to come.

October……Another Year….Another Challenge
Monday 5th OctShareAnother year, another challenge. As many of you know, October is my birthday month so a chance to push myself with another challenge.Last year, as some of you may or may not know, I had my sister’s name added to an RNLI lifeboat through their Launch a Memory campaign. Today, her name sits proudly on the RNLI 13-03 Exmouth lifeboat, meaning she gets to ride the waves forever alongside brave lifesavers, helping to save lives at sea. 🌊💙This year, I am taking on a brand-new challenge entirely for her. Saturday, 24 October 2026, I will be climbing 58 floors and over 1,500 steps to the top of 22 Bishopsgate in London for the RNLI Tower Run.It’s the UK’s tallest and toughest tower run, but every single step up that skyscraper will be driven by her memory. If you are able to support, donate, or just share my page, it would mean the absolute world to me and help keep the crew safe on the water.
