We're really excited to be opening the doors to our new design studio on Friday 17th and Saturday 18th July 2026, and even more excited that our Open Day will be raising money for the RNLI.

The Open Day is all about celebrating the opening of our new design studio, but it's also an opportunity to support a charity that's close to the Shorebreak name.

The name Shorebreak has always been inspired by a love of the sea and the outdoors, so supporting the RNLI felt like a natural choice. Their volunteer crews dedicate countless hours to saving lives at sea, providing an invaluable service that's almost entirely funded by donations.

Our Open Day is also about celebrating the fantastic community of independent businesses here at Loxhole Mill.

Why not make a day of it? Enjoy a coffee, breakfast or lunch at Loxhole Mill Café & Country Store, browse the unique finds at Take Me Home Vintage, get your car looking its best at Minehead & Dunster Car Wash, or treat your four-legged friend to a pamper with Dog Grooming by Carly.

Then pop into Shorebreak Kitchens & Bathrooms to explore our new design studio. Whether you're planning a new kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, media wall or renovation project, or you're simply curious to see what we're all about, we'd love to welcome you.

We'll have some exclusive Open Day offers available, including a complimentary worktop upgrade on qualifying kitchen projects booked before 31st August 2026.

Anyone who books a home survey during the Open Day will also receive a complimentary Shorebreak gift bag, packed with Shorebreak goodies, vouchers and exclusive offers from a fantastic selection of local businesses.

We'll also have a range of Shorebreak merchandise available throughout the weekend, with 100% of every penny from merchandise sales donated directly to the RNLI, helping support their incredible lifesaving work.

Whether you're visiting to gather ideas for your next project, support the RNLI, or simply explore what Loxhole Mill has to offer, we'd love to welcome you.

When we’re not working, Kerri and I love getting out surfing and paddleboarding. Spending time on the water gives you a real appreciation for the work the RNLI do. Knowing they’re there if the unexpected happens is something so many of us take for granted, so supporting them through our Open Day felt like the perfect way to give something back.
