RNLI Tower Run 2026

RNLI Tower Run 2026

The RNLI Tower Run is London’s biggest stair climb challenge, with runners tackling over 1,400 steps whilst raising money to support the RNLI's lifesaving work in London and along the UK coastline.

The RNLI is the charity that saves lives at sea. Powered by kind donations, our search and rescue service has been saving lives around the UK for over 200 years.

Every pound and penny raised from the RNLI Tower Run will go towards equipping our volunteer lifeboat crews with the essential training, kit, boats and materials required to continue our lifesaving mission for years to come.

Running up that (staircase)

Monday 28th Sep
Thank you for visiting the donation page! My friend Jay (who also seems to love random fitness challenges) suggested that we run up 58 flights of stairs (over 1400 steps...) at the second tallest building in the UK. Both the "fun" and for charity.

The charity is the Royal National Lifeboat Institution - who save lives at sea through lifeboat searches, beach lifeguarding and flood rescue. Clearly with increasing heatwaves and people getting themselves in trouble in water as a result - this is increasingly important so any donations would be really appreciated!
