I’m taking on the Mayday Mile Challenge to support RNLI volunteers

This May, I’m completing a mile-a-day challenge to help RNLI crews save lives at sea.

During summertime, more people flock to beaches and coastal towns to make the most of everything they have to offer – from glorious sunshine to adventurous watersports. And as temperatures rise, so do calls from people in trouble in the water.

By answering this Mayday call and giving a gift today, you can make a real, lifesaving difference. Your kindness will help give volunteers everything they need to launch to the rescue, and make sure they’re ready to face their busiest season.

Will you sponsor my RNLI Mayday Mile Challenge and support the courageous crews?

Mile a day in May

Saturday 19th Apr
This May, I’m taking on the RNLI’s Mile a Day challenge — and I’d really appreciate your support!

Every single day throughout the month, I’ll be walking at least one mile to raise money for the Royal National Lifeboat Institution — a cause that means a lot to me personally.

The RNLI is an incredible, but often underappreciated, service. These are volunteers who risk their lives to save others at sea — in all weather, at any hour, with no expectation of thanks. They do this without any government funding, relying completely on donations to keep their lifeboats running and crews trained.

That’s why I’m doing my bit. 31 days. 31 miles (or more!). No excuses, just getting it done — because they never hesitate when someone’s in trouble out on the water.

If you’re able to donate, even a little, it would mean the world. Every pound helps support this life-saving service.

Thanks so much — and please feel free to share or cheer me on along the way!
