I’m taking on the Mayday Mile challenge to support RNLI volunteers

This May, I’m completing a mile-a-day challenge to help RNLI crews save lives at sea.

During summertime, more people flock to beaches and coastal towns to make the most of everything they have to offer – from glorious sunshine to adventurous watersports. And as temperatures rise, so do calls from people in trouble in the water.

By answering this Mayday call and giving a gift today, you can make a real, lifesaving difference. Your kindness will help give volunteers everything they need to launch to the rescue, and make sure they’re ready to face their busiest season.

May Day Mile Challange

Thursday 16th May
Thank you to everyone that has kindly donated. xx
A little update on what each mile has been so far.
Day 1 - Cycling around the Poole RNLI buildings.
Day 2 - A mile of Hills with the lovely Oakdale Runners
Day 3 - Rowing a Mile
Day 4 - Running a Mile with my Doggy in his Jogger
Day 5 - Midful walk along the Bay 
Day 6 - Trek A mile off road, canford Suspension Bridge & Lady Wimborne Bridge
Day 7- 3 Legged Mile with My amazing friend, Jade 
Day 8 - Hula hoop a mile with the lovely Catherine 
Day 9 - Skip with a skipping rope for a mile
Day 10 - walk backwards for a mile
Day 11 - Thai Kicking, punching, elbows, knees for a mile with my awesome coach Woody from Tier 1 martial arts
Day 12 - Run along gatwick airport runway 08.
Day 13 - Marching along Brighton Pier
Day 14 - walk a mile along Brighton Esplanade with my family
Day 15 - A mile of stairs (tower park stairs) with the lovely Catherine 
Day 16 - Side step/side shuffle for a mile

May Day Mile Challange

Tuesday 30th Apr
Plan = 1 mile a day for the month of May. Total 31 miles.
If you know me, you know I like to change things up a bit and challange myself.
So for the month of May I have decided to do a Mile a Day in many different ways. 
I have attached a photo of my plan, however we know that sometimes, things may need to be switched around to fit in with life.
If anybody wants to join me on this journey, and carry out any of these miles with me, just let me know.
Looking forward to the 31st, Conga a mile with friends and family and music.
