I’m taking on the Mayday Mile Challenge to support RNLI volunteers
This May, I’m completing a mile-a-day challenge to help RNLI crews save lives at sea.
During summertime, more people flock to beaches and coastal towns to make the most of everything they have to offer – from glorious sunshine to adventurous watersports. And as temperatures rise, so do calls from people in trouble in the water.
By answering this Mayday call and giving a gift today, you can make a real, lifesaving difference. Your kindness will help give volunteers everything they need to launch to the rescue, and make sure they’re ready to face their busiest season.
Will you sponsor my RNLI Mayday Mile Challenge and support the courageous crews?

My Updates
31 miles done
Sunday 31st May I have finally finished my Mayday mile. I went down to West Wittering to do the last walk because it is by the sea. It was so much fun seeing the sea and doing the mile. I played with my frisbee(which I don’t play with at home as my garden is too small),built a sand ship and paddled in the sea( where the waves were like 2 feet tall). We unfortunately needed to get home quite soon for Murphy( my cat). It was so much fun and I loved raising money for the RNLI. Share
29 down, 2 to go.
Friday 29th May I have enjoyed the 29 miles I have done so far. Only 2 miles left to do to complete the challenge of walking a mile every day in May. All to raise money for the RNLI Share
Marathon mile
Tuesday 26th May Yes! I got to 26 miles which is about a whole marathon. 5 more miles left! Fun fact: The marathon came from Greece. A Greek guy who’s name I can’t pronounce ran back to Athens after the battle of marathon against the Persian Empire to announce a victory and fell down dead when he got there! Share
