Apparently once wasn’t enough: RNLI Tower Run 2026
Tom and I are taking on the RNLI Tower Run again on 24 October.
Last year this was far tougher than I expected. The official description says more than 1,400 stairs. From memory, I’m fairly sure they have low-balled that figure and it is actually somewhere closer to 106,000.
Naturally, we’re doing it again.
The RNLI Tower Run raises money to support the crews who save lives at sea around the UK. Every donation helps fund the training, equipment, boats and kit that allow RNLI volunteers to keep responding when people are in trouble on the water.
So on 24 October, Tom and I will once again be climbing an alarming number of stairs and questioning our life choices somewhere on the way up.
If you can spare anything at all, I’d be hugely grateful. It will make every one of those 106,000 steps feel slightly more worthwhile.
Thank you for supporting us and the RNLI.
