I’m popping on the kettle and hosting a Cuppa for the Crew, helping to save lives at sea by gathering friends together for a cup of tea

RNLI volunteers around the UK and Ireland will drop everything the moment their pager goes off. I’m raising money to help make sure they’re always ready to race to the rescue.

This was my Dad’s favourite charity, so it’s special to us as a family

RNLI and us!

My sister, Hari, has enthusiastically supported the RNLI, so a trip to the RNLI training centre was her birthday present last year, we got to man the simulator and it was a scary experience, very realistic (all felt seasick) and feeling that all the lives of people in the water were depending on us. It gave us a huge insight into the bravery of the crews, they have my total respect and admiration 
Hence the easy decision to fundraise for the RNLI, I hope you can join me for a cuppa and cake (more likely cheese scones and sandwiches if you know my baking skills!)
