My Updates

Thank you

Friday 7th Jun
Thank you to everyone that supported me for the Mayday Mile Challenge, including those that wanted to stay anonymous . I needed to run 1 mile every day in May, but I managed to run 115 kilometres, so about 75 miles. Your donations will help this amazing charity continue their life saving work.

Mayday Mile

Sunday 14th Apr
Hi I’m running at least a mile every day in May. Two reasons for this, one as part of my training towards some epic open water swims this year, including a 5.25 mile end to end of Coniston water.
The second reason is to support the RNLI who do such an amazing job keeping people safe in both the sea and inland waterways.
I struggle with motivation, so signing up for this worthy cause will hopefully encourage me to get moving.
If you would like to donate, it’s much appreciated, but I also realise that times are hard, so just knowing my friends and family are supporting me and watching my journey, will be fantastic.
Thanks
Jon
