Tower Run 2025

RNLI Tower Run 2025

The RNLI Tower Run is London’s biggest stair climb challenge, with runners tackling over 1,400 steps whilst raising money to support the RNLI's lifesaving work in London and along the UK coastline.

The RNLI is the charity that saves lives at sea. Powered by kind donations, their search and rescue service has been saving lives around the UK for over 200 years.

Every pound and penny raised from the RNLI Tower Run will go towards equipping volunteer lifeboat crews with the essential training, kit, boats and materials required to continue their lifesaving mission for years to come.

My Updates

Fundraising kick off!

Sunday 3rd Aug
Over the years I have worked for, fundraised for, and been supported by numerous charities that do amazing work for their respective communities - The Epilepsy Society, Water Aid, Prostate Cancer UK, Centre for Women's Justice, Citizens Advice, and the NHRM.

Now it's my turn to support the incredible work the RNLI do, by running (more like crawling) up 58 floors of 22 Bishopsgate, alongside my brother Jan!

We have an initial target each of £150 - which it would be amazing to exceed!

Check out Jan's page (RNLI - Jan Ash) or find us both at "Team Ash".

Many, many thanks for all the donations in advance.

Just 12 weeks to go!!!
