I’m taking on the Reindeer Run Challenge for RNLI lifesavers
This December, we're donning our antlers and strapping up our hooves to run 24 miles – all to help keep RNLI volunteers safe this winter.
Freezing seas, numbing winds and sub-zero temperatures – would you fancy launching into that aboard a lifeboat? RNLI crews will be doing just that, battling the elements this winter to continue their mission to save every one.
We’re raising money so they have everything they need to answer the call for help. Because no matter how harsh the winter weather might be, lifeboat crews will always launch to the rescue.
I would be so grateful if you could sponsor me. I only started sailing this year and it is been the best hobby I could have never pre imagined I would get into and I absolutely love it however it can be dangerous and things can go wrong fast especially in the North Sea luckily the RNLI exists for moments when anyone in the water is in an emergency situation.
I’m starting this even though the first half of it even though I will be in Peru because the circumstances don’t matter, the first few days will just have to be extra sweaty! I’ll be posting daily updates and if I don’t manage to run the day I fly back I’ll just catch up on it Christmas morning! The time might be slow as my knees have never fully recovered from a car crash back in 2020 but it’s the dedication to such an amazing cause that counts! Please take the time to donate, every penny makes a difference!
Thank you to our Sponsors
