Made it!

Today we surpassed our target of 24 miles along the cold and misty marsh.  Looking forward to getting some more miles in before the end of the month:)

Keeping it going - week 2

Still going in week two and have completed 10 miles (Elizabeth) and 11 miles (Phil) so far.

And we're off - week 1

Off to a good start this week with three days on the 'trot' and two miles each day.

We're taking on the Reindeer Run Challenge for RNLI lifesavers & in memory of our dear Dad & Father-in-Law, a lifelong seafarer in the Merchant Navy & supporter of the RNLI

This December, we're donning our antlers and strapping up our hooves to run 24 miles – all to help keep RNLI volunteers safe this winter.

Freezing seas, numbing winds and sub-zero temperatures – would you fancy launching into that aboard a lifeboat? RNLI crews will be doing just that, battling the elements this winter to continue their mission to save every one.

We're raising money so they have everything they need to answer the call for help. Because no matter how harsh the winter weather might be, lifeboat crews will always launch to the rescue.
