I’m taking on the Mayday Mile Challenge to support RNLI volunteers
This May, I’m completing a mile-a-day challenge to help RNLI crews save lives at sea.
During summertime, more people flock to beaches and coastal towns to make the most of everything they have to offer – from glorious sunshine to adventurous watersports. And as temperatures rise, so do calls from people in trouble in the water.
By answering this Mayday call and giving a gift today, you can make a real, lifesaving difference. Your kindness will help give volunteers everything they need to launch to the rescue, and make sure they’re ready to face their busiest season.
Will you sponsor my RNLI Mayday Mile Challenge and support the courageous crews?

Three Dogs, Twelve Legs, One Big Goal 🐾
Monday 16th MarThese three energetic dogs aren’t just going out for a quick stroll — they’re on a mission. While many people challenge themselves to walk one mile a day for charity, these three have decided to take things a step further.
With twelve legs between them and plenty of enthusiasm, they are committed to doing multiple miles at a time, every single day. For them, one mile is just the warm-up. Once they get moving, they keep going — running across fields, exploring paths, and enjoying every moment outdoors.
Their goal is simple: raise awareness, support charity, and show that even our four-legged friends can make a big difference.
Rain or shine, they’re always ready. Balls in tow, ears up, and tails wagging, they head out together determined to cover more ground than the day before. Each walk becomes an adventure, but also a reminder that every mile — or in their case, every few miles — helps bring attention to a good cause.
What makes it even more impressive is their consistency. Day after day, they lace up their invisible running shoes (or paws!) and get it done. Their energy, teamwork, and love for the outdoors keeps them pushing further.
Three dogs.
Twelve legs.
And multiple miles at a time — all for charity.
They might not know exactly how much good they’re doing, but with every step, they’re helping prove that big hearts can come with four legs too. 🐕🐕🐕
