Taking on the Reindeer Run challenge for RNLI lifesavers
RNLI supporters around the country will be donning their antlers and strapping up their hooves to run 24 miles – all to help keep RNLI volunteers safe this winter.
Freezing seas, numbing winds and sub-zero temperatures – would you fancy launching into that aboard a lifeboat? RNLI crews will be doing just that, battling the elements this winter to continue their mission to save every one.
Reindeer Runners will be raising money so they have everything they need to answer the call for help. Because no matter how harsh the winter weather might be, lifeboat crews will always launch to the rescue. I’d be so grateful if you could sponsor me.

Running for them and running for me!
Wednesday 26th Nov I’ve found running and running events very intimidating lately. Thinking back to previous years where I was running 10k and half marathons seems absolutely mad and my confidence in running is shattered. My mind wants to get back to where I was but my body is resisting the routine and consistency. This challenge is exactly what I need - no massive target with big crowds to deal with, just me taking things one step at a time and making progress. And all for such a worthy cause too which is these cold and dark days will really spur me on. We’d be helpless without the RNLI amazing volunteers so I’m running for them and for me this winter!
