I’m taking on the Mayday Mile Challenge to support RNLI volunteers

Hello everyone,

This May, I am taking on the Mayday Mile challenge in support of the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) while I recover from a persisting injury and I would be very grateful for your support.

Why the RNLI?
The RNLI is a charity that relies almost entirely on public donations to operate. Their volunteer crews put themselves at risk every day, in all weathers, to rescue those in danger on our coasts and waters. These heroes drop everything to respond to their pagers and ask for nothing in return.

What am I doing?
Throughout May, I'll be completing daily exercise such as walking, cycling or running (Unless you're my physio reading this, no running!)  to clock up the miles for the RNLI's Mayday Mile.

How can you help?
I'd be truly grateful for any donations you can spare, big or small, it all makes a difference.

Thank you so much for reading, and for any support you can give. Let's keep our crews ready to save lives at sea.
