Taking on the Reindeer Run challenge for RNLI lifesavers

RNLI supporters around the country will be donning their antlers and strapping up their hooves to run 24 miles – all to help keep RNLI volunteers safe this winter.

Freezing seas, numbing winds and sub-zero temperatures – would you fancy launching into that aboard a lifeboat? RNLI crews will be doing just that, battling the elements this winter to continue their mission to save every one.

Reindeer Runners will be raising money so they have everything they need to answer the call for help. Because no matter how harsh the winter weather might be, lifeboat crews will always launch to the rescue. I’d be so grateful if you could sponsor me.

Day 31 - Running for the Reindeer 🦌🎄🦺🎅

🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌 🌟LAST DAY Thurs 31 Dec 2025🌟 Ran yesterday and walked the rest to make the outstanding 3 miles!! 👟👟👟👟👟👟👟👟👟👟👟👟👟👟👟 3.37 miles down and I am finished!!!! 🦺🦺🦺🦺🦺🦺🦺🦺🦺🦺🦺🦺🦺🦺🦺 I have so enjoyed doing this and my running has greatly improved. I have done this for me but to also remember someone who has made a big difference to my life over the last year and who sadly passed away in the Summer. He liked to sail so this felt like a fitting way to remember him! 🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄 24.37 miles done during December and £286 raised!! 🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌First run back after covid and 2 Week break, managed 6 mins instead of 8 mins in the middle, but very happy with my effort and moving into Week 6 🎉 Two days left of the RNLI Reindeer Run!! 🚨 🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄 2.47 miles down, 3 miles left to go!! 😱
