I’m taking on the Mayday Mile Challenge to support RNLI volunteers

This May, I’m completing a mile-a-day challenge to help RNLI crews save lives at sea.

During summertime, more people flock to beaches and coastal towns to make the most of everything they have to offer – from glorious sunshine to adventurous watersports. And as temperatures rise, so do calls from people in trouble in the water.

By answering this Mayday call and giving a gift today, you can make a real, lifesaving difference. Your kindness will help give volunteers everything they need to launch to the rescue, and make sure they’re ready to face their busiest season.

Will you sponsor my RNLI Mayday Mile Challenge and support the courageous crews?

Little annoyed

Friday 2nd May
My new smart watch that I use to track my daily steps miles and activities won't allow me to update straight from the app and this wont allow me to post the screen shots from the app grr

Day One

Friday 2nd May
Day one and we nearly missed it Rouge had her check up on her foot and was giving the green light for light walking so with the weather being soo warm lately we waited till late at night to try and get the first mile without her over doing it. She managed 1.2 one night one and we will maybe have to spilt the mile into to half's to make it more manageable for little roro

Hello everyone

Tuesday 22nd Apr
Hello everyone this is my 3/4 year of doing the mayday mile. The last few years I've completed the miles I've always had a four legged furry friend by my side. This year Little RoRo was ment to take on the whole challenge with me but this might not be possible with her latest incident with the thorn on her foot she's been on rest and to be giving the green light or not on the 30th April.

The rnli are made up of volunteers that make them a crew most individual have other jobs. I like to think that me and my little RoRo are a team and have been since day 1 fingers crossed my girl can jump back on board so we can sail through these miles with ease.
