Taking on the Reindeer Run challenge for RNLI lifesavers
RNLI supporters around the country will be donning their antlers and strapping up their hooves to run 24 miles – all to help keep RNLI volunteers safe this winter.
Freezing seas, numbing winds and sub-zero temperatures – would you fancy launching into that aboard a lifeboat? RNLI crews will be doing just that, battling the elements this winter to continue their mission to save every one.
Reindeer Runners will be raising money so they have everything they need to answer the call for help. Because no matter how harsh the winter weather might be, lifeboat crews will always launch to the rescue. I’d be so grateful if you could sponsor me.

Wednesday 24th Dec 72 miles in the bag since November. Will continue running throughout the month and beyond, very happy to have raised some cash while doing it as well. At one point I thought I was going to fall behind due to illness, but all is well. Happy Christmas everyone. Share
broke the 300 quid mark
Wednesday 10th Dec Didnt expect to make over 300 quid, that's great! Just put another 6.9k on the clock. I'm not as fit as I was pre injury in April, but it will come back eventually. Share
December starts properly
Tuesday 2nd Dec Thanks to everyone who has donated so far. I've upped my target to 72 miles total as a minimum but I'm hoping I'll exceed that. Added 5 miles onto the clock tonight so that's a good start. Not the warmest out there mind you. Need to stave off seasonal illness and get this thing done. Share
