1 Mile A Day in May

⛵️🚤I will run 1 Mile each day during May to raise some funds for those fantastic people from the RNLI who saved us last year when we got into trouble with our sailing boat on the way back from France 🌊⛵️🌊. Without the help of the RNLI it looked very bleak for us and they really saved us and the boat.

Instead of doing a mile I’ve decided to run 5k for the next 31 day just to spice it up slightly😆🏃🏻‍♂️
