We are fundraising for the RNLI to help power brave lifesavers to the rescue
Every day around the coasts of the UK and Ireland, RNLI volunteers stand ready to answer urgent calls for help. Whether it's a family caught in difficulty at the beach, a sailor in distress at sea, or someone facing a life-threatening emergency on the water, these incredible volunteers give their time, courage and expertise to help save lives 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
But they can't do it alone.
The RNLI relies almost entirely on charitable donations to provide the lifeboats, safety equipment, training and support that enable volunteers to launch into challenging and often dangerous situations. Every donation helps ensure they have the resources they need to rescue others and return safely to their own families.
To support this life-saving charity, my students are organising a week of fun-filled Halloween activities at college. This exciting event will not only raise money for the RNLI but also showcase the fantastic workplace skills the students have been developing, including cooking, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, adaptability, fundraising and independence.
These students have worked incredibly hard, creating eye-catching posters, designing spooky decorations and planning a Halloween-themed playlist to bring the college common room to life during the celebrations.
I am extremely proud of their efforts and would love your support. Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help the RNLI continue its vital work and could make a real difference when someone needs saving at sea.
If you are able to contribute, we would be truly grateful. By supporting these students in their endeavour to raise money for the RNLI, you're helping to fund the heroes who are always ready to answer the call when lives are on the line.
Good Job inters
