How your support helped the RNLI in 2024

437 Lives saved

25,327 People aided by lifeboat crews and lifeguards

9,141 Lifeboat launches

Taking on the Reindeer Run challenge for RNLI lifesavers

RNLI supporters around the country will be donning their antlers and strapping up their hooves to run 24 miles – all to help keep RNLI volunteers safe this winter.

Freezing seas, numbing winds and sub-zero temperatures – would you fancy launching into that aboard a lifeboat? RNLI crews will be doing just that, battling the elements this winter to continue their mission to save every one.

Reindeer Runners will be raising money so they have everything they need to answer the call for help. Because no matter how harsh the winter weather might be, lifeboat crews will always launch to the rescue. I’d be so grateful if you could sponsor me.

Saving Lives, One Wave at a Time —

Why I’m Fundraising for the Lifeboats?

When I became a personal trainer, I committed to more than helping clients lose weight or hit a new PR. I chose a profession built on trust, responsibility and showing up for others, That’s why I’m proud to be fundraising for our countries lifeboats: an organization that saves lives, protects families and keeps our coastline safe.

Why the lifeboats matter

Lifeboat crews are volunteers who train relentlessly so they can respond instantly when someone is in danger at sea. Their work is physically demanding, risky, and often done in the worst conditions.
The service relies heavily on donations for equipment, training, maintenance and 24/7 readiness. Every pound helps keep those crews ready to answer a call for help.
For coastal communities, lifeboats aren’t a luxury — they’re a lifeline. Supporting them means protecting neighbors, friends and visitors.

Why I’m fundraising As a trainer, my job is to prepare people to face challenges — to be resilient, disciplined and capable when it counts. Supporting the lifeboats feels like a natural extension of that mission. I want to use the platform I’ve built to raise funds, awareness and respect for the brave volunteers who risk everything to save others.

What your donation will do

£25 could help supply essential first-aid packs; £100 could contribute to crew training; larger donations help fund vital equipment and vessel upkeep.
Donations keep the service operational 24/7 and ensure crews have the tools they need to bring people home safely.

How you can help

Donate: Any amount helps. Even small gifts add up quickly and make a real difference.
Share: Spread the word on social media or tell a friend — awareness multiplies impact.
Join: If you’re local and able, consider volunteering or supporting events that raise funds and visibility.

A personal promise I hold myself to high standards — in training clients, in being a now responsible member of the community, and in the causes I back. By supporting the lifeboats, I’m putting that into action: protecting life, showing up under pressure, and giving back where it matters most.

If you respect people who work hard, and try to help and give back were they can please join me. Donate what you can, share this cause, or come to our fundraiser event and join me yourself??. Together we can help keep the lifeboats ready — and keep more people safe on the water.

Thank you for your support, Chris Clark lv3 Personal Trainer | Lifeboat Fundraiser Organizer
