RNLI Tower Run 2025

The RNLI Tower Run is London’s biggest stair climb challenge, with runners tackling over 1,400 steps whilst raising money to support the RNLI's lifesaving work in London and along the UK coastline.

The RNLI is the charity that saves lives at sea. Powered by kind donations, our search and rescue service has been saving lives around the UK for over 200 years. 

Every pound and penny raised from the RNLI Tower Run will go towards equipping our volunteer lifeboat crews with the essential training, kit, boats and materials required to continue our lifesaving mission for years to come.

4 Peaks for RNLI

Thursday 18th Sep

This October, the team and I are taking on a challenge like no other — and we need your support.

Over the course of just 48 hours, we’ll be:

 

Climbing the UK’s three highest peaks — Ben Nevis (Scotland), Scafell Pike (England), and Snowdon (Wales) — in the legendary National 3 Peaks Challenge, covering over 23 miles of hikingand ascending a total of 3,064 metres.

Tackling London’s tallest stair climb — the RNLI Tower Run, where we’ll race up over 1,400 stepsto the top of the iconic Tower Lifeboat Station.

 

Why? Because we’re raising vital funds for the RNLI, the charity that saves lives at sea.

For over 200 years, the RNLI has been powered by volunteers and kind donations, providing a 24/7 search and rescue service around the UK coastline and inland waterways. Every pound raised helps equip lifeboat crews with the training, kit, boats, and support they need to continue their lifesaving mission.

This is more than a challenge — it’s a commitment to help protect lives.
