3 Peaks & RNLI Tower Run 2025
From Peaks to Towers: Why I’m Racing to Save Lives with the RNLI
This October, I’m stepping far outside my comfort zone—and straight into one of the toughest physical challenges I’ve ever faced. Over just 48 hours, my team and I will be pushing our limits in the name of something far greater than ourselves: saving lives at sea.
We’re taking on the RNLI Tower Run 2025, and I need your help to reach my fundraising goal of £300.
🚩 The Challenge
In just two days, we’ll be:
Climbing the UK’s three highest peaks — Ben Nevis (Scotland), Scafell Pike (England), and Snowdon (Wales) — as part of the legendary National 3 Peaks Challenge. That’s over 23 miles of hiking and a staggering 3,064 metres of ascent.
Tackling London’s tallest stair climb — the RNLI Tower Run, where we’ll race up 1,400+ steps to the top of the iconic Tower Lifeboat Station.
It’s a brutal test of endurance, grit, and teamwork. But we’re doing it for a cause that’s worth every aching muscle.
🌊 Why the RNLI?
The Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) has been saving lives at sea for over 200 years. Powered by volunteers and public donations, they provide a 24/7 search and rescue service across the UK’s coastline and inland waterways.
Every pound raised helps fund:
Lifesaving training for volunteer crews
Essential equipment and kit
Maintenance of lifeboats and stations
Ongoing support for those who risk their lives to save others
This isn’t just a charity—it’s a lifeline. And with your support, we can help keep it strong.

4 Peaks for RNLI
Thursday 18th SepThis October, the team and I are taking on a challenge like no other — and we need your support.
Over the course of just 48 hours, we’ll be:
Climbing the UK’s three highest peaks — Ben Nevis (Scotland), Scafell Pike (England), and Snowdon (Wales) — in the legendary National 3 Peaks Challenge, covering over 23 miles of hikingand ascending a total of 3,064 metres.
Tackling London’s tallest stair climb — the RNLI Tower Run, where we’ll race up over 1,400 stepsto the top of the iconic Tower Lifeboat Station.
Why? Because we’re raising vital funds for the RNLI, the charity that saves lives at sea.
For over 200 years, the RNLI has been powered by volunteers and kind donations, providing a 24/7 search and rescue service around the UK coastline and inland waterways. Every pound raised helps equip lifeboat crews with the training, kit, boats, and support they need to continue their lifesaving mission.
This is more than a challenge — it’s a commitment to help protect lives.
